• If cash or direct account-transfer payment: Please provide the transaction date + time, transaction reference number, the amount paid, your bank account number (if relevant). Please keep the ATM / bank receipts for your reference, should we require this from you in future.

• If Internet-banking: Please provide the transaction date + time, the transaction reference number, the amount paid, your bank account number and bank. Please print out the completed transaction page and keep it for reference, should we require this from you in future.
